Why does UAVCapacity exist?
Operations teams facing missed or threatened deliveries need more than a general manufacturer list. They need to quantify the accepted-output gap, identify the controlling constraint, choose the correct capacity lane, define what work can move, and preserve configuration, quality, test, records, acceptance, and release authority.
UAVCapacity is intentionally narrow. It does not target product concepts, startup prototype builds, custom industrial programs, defense credential searches, generic contract manufacturing, or permanent high-volume scale architecture. Its subject is a bounded response to an active overflow, bridge, surge, second-source, or supplier-recovery event.
What is the capacity-control method?
The method begins with the current rate, required rate, delivery curve, package state, primary constraint, and potential transfer boundary. It then moves through a package screen, boundary release, controlled transfer lot, and evidence-based rate gates.
The calculator and guides expose the method without requiring a lead. A personalized review applies the same questions to the high-level facts supplied by the buyer. It does not create an availability, lead-time, rate, price, or production commitment.
What is the evidence standard?
Capacity should be supported by a specific product and work boundary, material plan, tooling, labor, process, quality, inspection, test, records, accepted output, and release basis. Public customer, volume, rate, timing, facility, certification, price, or performance statements require a current evidence record and public-use approval.
When verified evidence is unavailable, this site publishes the operating method and neutral templates instead of inventing a meter, case study, logo strip, or implied availability.
What does UAVCapacity establish?
UAVCapacity publishes a domain-local capacity method and an email path for urgent component RFQs. Public copy does not establish live availability, factory fit, capacity, price, lead time, delivery, credentials, or contractual terms for a specific request.
