No customer, product, volume, rate, line, facility, lead time, price, yield, certification, or performance result has been inserted without a current source, exact scope, measurement basis, owner, review date, and public-use approval. A neutral evidence framework is more accurate than an invented dashboard.

When verified evidence is approved, it should state the starting condition, transferred work, product and process scope, measurement period, control basis, accepted result, and material limitations. A percentage without those details should not appear.
