Why are these inputs enough for the first review?
The initial decision is whether the urgent component resembles a plausible manufacturing fit within existing factory infrastructure and what clarification is needed. Component, quantity, process, date, constraint, and boundary are enough to frame that decision without exposing the product package.
When can more information move?
Only after the parties identify the information category, contractual basis, authorized identities, facility, system, account, access, storage, transmission, retention, and incident responsibilities. The approved path must be verified before technical material is transferred.
