Capacity briefs sent by email
Selecting UAVCapacity's urgent component RFQ link asks the visitor's email application to open a prefilled draft. UAVCapacity does not send that draft, read it, or confirm its delivery. Information the visitor chooses to send travels through the visitor's email service to the receiving mailbox. Do not include protected technical information in the first email.
UAVCapacity request data
The hosting layer may process basic request data needed to deliver and protect UAVCapacity, including the requested page, time, browser information, network address, and referrer. This capacity package includes no third-party analytics script, advertising pixel, or on-site lead-submission form.
Capacity review and retention
A received UAVCapacity brief may be reviewed to determine transfer-lane fit and the next operating questions. Raise any retention, access, or deletion request in a non-sensitive reply to that email conversation. Information should remain only as long as reasonably needed for the request, security, dispute prevention, and applicable recordkeeping duties.
Capacity privacy revisions
Review this notice whenever UAVCapacity's email route, hosting configuration, analytics, or handling practice changes. This version is effective August 11, 2026.
